My fiance and I were looking for a couch. We went to many different retail stores but all those couches were either too big for our place, or not the right style we wanted. We finally stumbled upon Furniture Innovation at the end of our day. Semi was extremely helpful. She walked us through all the different styles and colors and she was extremely patient with us. We probably spend at least 30 min asking her questions and she just kept on answering all of them. Very very knowledgeable in this business. The best part was that we were able to customize our couch! We received our new couch over the weekend (it was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks but I think it was ready by the 3rd week) and we were very pleased. Highly recommend for anyone who needs new furniture.

Excellent customer service given...for example they know when to come over and tell you about their pieces and they know to let you breathe so you can look and have your own thoughts and opinions. A lot of variety is offered and you can customize a piece like we did for our sofa by adding in a sleeper bed. We planned on visiting others but it turns out all we needed was this store. We are very pleased with our purchase. 😀

I had been searching for a stylish but affordable office desk for my home, and this store had just what I needed. The staff listened to my needs and helped me pick the perfect desk for my space. The desk is made from high-quality materials and looks fantastic. It’s durable and spacious enough to fit all my office essentials. Given the quality, the price was a fantastic deal!

Shopping at Furniture Innovation has truly been a pleasure. Eun Soon was lovely to deal with. I came back to the store 3-4 times before making my decision and was so happy she was there each time. There furniture is top quality and good prices. I went shopping at other stores down in Redwood City and South City with similar furniture and they were 10% cheaper and a lot more customer focused. I plan to make Furniture Innovation my furniture shopping place going forward for my home.

We had such a smooth experience buying our new couch! We fell in love with it instantly and were able to pick from a million fabrics to customize everything. We’ve been waiting for years to find the perfect fit and so glad we happened to walk into Furniture Innovation!

Just got a couch from here and I highly recommend. The saleswoman was super nice and informative but also not pushy; she gave us some great advice in what fabric and features to choose. The couch was ready ahead of the timeline they stated and it’s a really great quality piece that’s exactly what we wanted. And the price was super reasonable for the quality + the fact that we got to customize it. I highly recommend supporting this local business!!! Thank you 💜

I had a great experience buying my area rug at Furniture Innovation. It's way better quality than anything I could find in the surrounding area. They helped me so much by lending me a dolly so I could get my rug home safely. I am happy to support this local, family owned business.

We've been going to Furniture Innovations for years because we love the selection of furniture and their competitive pricing. Just last week we bought another new couch from them. As before, I was very impressed by the knowledge and experience of the two sales ladies we worked with. I also appreciate their patience as it took us almost two months to decide on the couch we wanted since there were so many good options to choose from!
